I can't login.
Make sure the username and password you're entering match the information you provided upon registration. Your username is your full email address (e.g. "johndoe@yahoo.com" not just "johndoe"). Also, your password is case sensitive so be sure you don't have "CAPS LOCK" on or off by accident.
I forgot my password.
To retrieve a lost password, simply enter your username into the "Forgot Password" box on the login page. You will be sent your password "hint" that you specified upon registration.
If you still cannot remember your password after receiving the hint, please contact our support department and we'll reset it for you.
How do I change my password?
Once you're inside the members area, click "My Account" and then the "Make Changes" button. On this page you can change your password. Click here to login.
How do I cancel my membership?

How can I view phone records and/or call logs?
Phone records, call logs, GPS location, and "forward search" for cell phones are among the many items of data that we do NOT offer. For more information, please read our Privacy Principles.
