I can't login. 
Make sure the username and password you're entering match the information you provided upon registration. Your username is your full email address (e.g. "johndoe@yahoo.com" not just "johndoe"). Also, your password is case sensitive so be sure you don't have "CAPS LOCK" on or off by accident.
I forgot my password. 
To retrieve a lost password, simply enter your username into the "Forgot Password" box on the login page. For security purposes, you'll be sent a link to change your password to something new.
How do I change my password? 
Enter your email address into the "Forgot Password" box on the login page. You'll get an email within a few minutes with step-by-step instructions for changing your password.
How do I cancel my membership? 
Membership at FreeCellPhoneTracer.com is a one-time fee only. We do not store your credit card information and there are no recurring fees, therefore you do not need to "cancel" to stop further billings.
